Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Yū packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
